Product Return & Exchange Policy
At House Of Keralam, every saree is thoughtfully curated and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As our products are limited, handcrafted, and delicate in nature, returns and exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.
Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are applicable only in the following situations:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any other reasons.
Reporting Timeline
Any concern regarding the delivered product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers are requested to contact us only via email at:

Requests raised after 24 hours from delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure a fair resolution process, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
The video must clearly show:
- the sealed parcel before opening
- the complete unboxing process
- the received product and issue
Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for approval.
Replacement or Store Credit
If the reported issue is verified and approved:
- A replacement product will be shipped if the item is available in stock.
- If the product is unavailable or sold out, store credit of equal value will be issued.
Please note:
Refunds to the original payment method are not provided.
Reverse Shipping Guidelines
At present, reverse pickup service is unavailable.
Customers are requested to ship the approved return product to the address mentioned on the parcel packaging.
For shipping reimbursement:
- customers must use the most economical shipping option available
- the shipping receipt must be shared with us via email
Shipping reimbursement will be processed only after verification.
Important Conditions
To qualify for return or exchange:
- the product must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- original packaging and tags must be intact
Products that are:
- used
- washed
- damaged after delivery
- sent without prior approval
will not be accepted.
Sale & Promotional Items
Products purchased during:
- sale events
- promotional offers
- discounted campaigns
- limited-time special pricing
are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. By placing an order with House Of Keralam, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Thrissur, Kerala, India.
